personally its not those things that annoy me. its the meaningless unrealistic controversies that dont make sense. he was photographed in a compromising position, she gets kidnapped by some rando prince, they both think they’re cheating on each other. and hey. miscommunications happen. third persons happen. its how the plot twists are unrealistic and are clearly made to meaninglessly further the plot.
