So apparently, the "dream" she's been having is the reality and the "reality" she's having is a dream from a wish that was given to her by the gods bc she regretted so much in her life.
The reason why it's titled "The Greatest Wish" bc she greatly wished for a different outcome where she chose her heart and happiness.
but
they said the manhwa wasn't really following the whole novel so things might be different in the manhwa hehe
