I get why people are frustrated, but honestly, knowing their evolution as a couple conflicting schedules is the ONLY problem I can see them having at this point. Shizuma would never cheat because he knows the pain of it first-hand, and Minato is too possessive to let go first, he would need Shizuma to either ask for it or do something unforgivable, which hello, our contender for best seme in the world would never do. Minato is wealthy and self-employed so he can choose his own hours. If Shizuma also had a very accommodating workplace that lets them meet often there would be absolutely no conflict and the story would stagnate. It's what happened to Shouhei and Itsuki. Their story ended because there is no more conflict to be had between them. And besides, I kind of like that his job is troublesome, because it will force Minato to take an active roll. Because of his character and the way his mother treated them, Minato is convinced that the way he loves is toxic, and will eventually drive his loved ones away. So he hates showing weakness or dependency of any kind and he's not fond of looking vulnerable in front of Shizuma. He's clingy but always with the underlying pretense that he can walk out at any moment and be just fine and dandy. He plays tough and independent and hard to get but its always a defense mechanism in case people DO leave him. How he's handling the moving in business is proof of it. He totally wants to move in, but he acts picky and reluctant and forces Shizuma to try to convince him because he needs to be sure that he has his lover's attention and it's always the first priority. Knowing Shizuma, work is the only thing that could keep him from prioritizing his partner. It will force Minato to confront his own insecurity. He will need to be honest with himself that he does want to spend his life with Shizuma, even if it means he will not be always the priority and be 100% secure in his position. It will force him to grow and work for it instead of leaving all the heavy lifting to his lover.
