I can't vouch for TOO much (i literally started reading the Korean version at chapter 70 because the art looked nice and it looked spicy) but I really like what I'm seeing and am about to start it from the beginning because of that. I don't know what he was like before chapter 70 but I think it's safe to say there has definitely been character development with the ml because I'm into it (but it might be slow development from this point to then so I'm not really sure sorry!)
