Tbh we are not sure who exactly is the ml. But I can undertsand what you mean, i mean i am NOT rooting for that asshole noble. I am rooting that the elf will be the ml, because he is respectful and good to the mc.

I’m not hating on this, I actually like it but if that noble man is the love interest. I’m quitting, maybe i’ll still read it but just ignore the romance. He’s just a shady character to me. Regardless, I agree with everyone, his actions and reasons are quite selfish which is why he loses points for me. It’s nice that our mc doesn’t seem too troubled by the incident but I hope she receives an apology. If she wasn’t who she is, she would have died for no reason in the most terrible way.
