I'm not sure but i saw this while searching for the novel. Yeongwoo knew that yoon was in coma but he didn't tell taejoo.Later taejoo somehow finds out about it and gets mad at yeongwoo and leaves him for good. Then taejoo will want to get back with yoon. But yoon maybe wouldn't want to get back. But taejoo wouldn't give up and both taejoo and kwon do their best for yoons affection. I think yoon will end up with kwon but who knows. What angers me the most is that yeongwoo knew that yoon was in coma but he pretended to be get r@ped by taejoo when he was depressed.
