I think in general Jeh is a really dense person, I mean it took him til high school to actually know that he was in love with her... So even if he liked 'Sarah' he wont have noticed.
On the other hand Bin is a spoiled brat who looks that he got away with a lot of stuff just cause of his looks which would explain why is such an asshole, but if it wasnt for the whole pill thing Bin wouldnt have had anything to do with her
I can agree with both of your points, because honestly I'm on the fence about who I think she'd be better with, but it certainly was a good ride, either way.

you know how Jeh only liked Shin Dong when she was fat and not 'Sarah' when she was skinny, well doesn't that mean he still only goes for his 'type'. Sure Jeh Suh was Sarah's 'friend' but he wasn't attracted to her, so does that mean if Shin Dong lost weight and became skinny, he'd lose interest or would he still love her?
The blond super star who brought 'Sarah' out and dated her then treated her like a toy once he found her out, in some perspective a better person? No I don't mean he personality is great, since he treats MC like a gofer, toy, slave, stress relief but he's good in the fact that he still didn't want to let her go (using 'toy' as an excuse) even when she was fat, he liked her but still preferred 'Sarah' but still wanted to be with Shin Dong even when she wanted to stop doing the pills. If he wasn't such a D*&k he may have been the better choice.
Though I am still on Jeh Suh's side since he liked Dong's original appearance, ... ... <pff> he treated Dong like and elementary school crush (basically like crap, but still helped... then shot her down again) then later regretted it... rinse and repeat... tusk, tusk, tusk.
