I agree with you but (this time at least) they did. I contacted the author and she said that she gave the ok because she wanted more visibility.

coz I usually see webcomics on tapas(tic) or other websites... But wait is this posted by the author himself/herself coz I know he/she has a patreon account and that's where he/she posts this webcomic to be paid so why is this in a free site?
