Just wished to say a few things when I read your reply ; I think you’re so used to saying you’re fine that it’s now become an automated response even if you’re having bad days ; and please don’t get me wrong , a positive attitude towards yourself is a good trait to have but not if you’re neglecting your real state of emotions to maintain that “positivity”. Life is exhausting and our minds only add to it but i can assure you it will be so much more relieving if you just talked about it or ranted about stuff that exhausts you more often ( let me know if it’s okay with you and I will dm you right away !) I really hope you don’t skip out on your meals; it is times when your mental state doesn’t allow for hunger that we need to take extra care of ourselves not to forget our body’s needs. It sounds useless yes , but it’s the smallest things like eating food on time that make all the difference .. Mental breakdowns are a part of life , the same as happiness but when they you’re overwhelmed by them , just share the whole process with someone to lessen the burden I know you’ll breakthrough !! I'm late to reply- But thank you :> I am also taking care of what i eat but there are just times where i actually forget to eat because i don't feel hungry so i accidentally skip meals sometimes but overall i'm doing well! :DD
