Literally same, the all side pinning made it very uncomfortable, and the manipulative/possessive ML made it just straight up creepy, but it really showcases how well it's written because it's hard to convey such an atmosphere without showing unnecessarily explicit rape scenes or gore or whatever .
This manga is pretty messed up but its... a good messed up??? Im not sure, but i like the story except for the rape part
