I think the extra happened after volume 2
No he pierced both his nipples but it wasnt a ring piercing. So mizuki was thinking if tooru would like to wear the ring piercing. And the extra happened in volume 1. Just to clear up misunderstanding. Idk what the type of piercing hes wearing but if u reread the extra youll know.
I meant that the timeline of the extra might not be immediately after the volume 1, and might take after volume 2. Ch1 v2 dont look like he has any piercings
