No but he goes crazy when he finds out she escapes. After some time he finds out that Naiver heard the conversation between Sovieshit and Trashta about the divorce so Sovieshit proceeds to write a letter "explaining" what was the plan, which basically was:
1. Marry trashta for a year so "his" baby wouldn't be illegitimate
2. Divorce Trashta
3. Remarry Navier and both of them would raised the child
So he was from the beginning going to throw Trashta away. He never loved her, he just pretended to so he could get what he wanted and also to make NAvier jealous because he is a spoiled brat.
