As far as I remember they have like 50 years age gap because in the early chapters they mentioned that Jeffrey is 50 plus already and Charlotte that time who returned as a kid is 121 years old. That's what I understand.
They are the same age, Jeffrey being a swordsman and aura user keeps his appearance young plus it has been implied that he has the blessing of the fairy king

I've been thinking that at the beginning the fact that Dan keep calling him gramps.. and he is just changing his appearance and pretend to be the heir but it was all him all along... they are the same age.. and it proven it more in the academy scene
i've been wondering this for awhile. jeffrey and charlotte are probably the same age (based on the scene when they were younger and in an academy or something),
