Definitely sus, don't reply and either mark as spam or delete it. I don't get those messages but you probably do if you've visited similar websites before or someone sold your information
Sounds like spam. Nutaku is a hentai game site and they have an offical .net site not whatever this .ru/vdda8 thing is. I checked for you anyway and there is no game called NUTAKU on that site and anywhere else it would be pretty sus. Just delete it.

Got the same exact message and I probably think it's just some random bot thingy that happens once in a while
I was going to delete the message but suddenly my account logged out and I was a bit scared that I was hacked (yeah I'm paranoid) but in the end I deleted the message anyway.
