This is a genuine question, out of curiosity haha ! Soooo, How does she become empress when she has no right of succession to the throne? will there be some sort of war and she'll save the day with harry or something ?

Like bbfujoghurl said, anyone who can pull out the holy sword is a potential successor to the throne. However, she became empress in a different way. If you remember, the current royal family became rulers after they received the sun goddess' blessings. In the later half of the novel, Yveria is publicly blessed by the goddess, which made her the new empress of the empire.
after reading chapter 34 i hate the dumb princess even more. and the original fl, both are to blame idc.
