I thought it was weird that they made that change!! Not sure why they did it but to me it makes more sense to keep it how it was written? Overall I thought it was good and I liked it!!
I know right! I think the change is to make it slightly more romantic and less lewd? I thought it was alright tbh I didn’t dislike it or anything. I like how in the manga it feels like Rui just really likes Shion for who he is regardless of anatomy but in the anime it seemed like he was just kinda rolling with it.
I only watched one episode (the yaoi part ofc) and didnt know all this. Thx for telling. I wont watch further
Oh I guess I can see why they changed it if they wanted to give it a more romantic feel! It’s kinda hard to see how the character’s feel in the anime so they probably wanted to make it more clear :0
what did you think of it? it’s on h*nime if you haven’t seen it. I thought it was fine and I liked Shion’s va but they like changed a pretty fundamental aspect of how the gender bending works and made it so Shion becomes female-bodied when he thinks of someone lovingly and then back to male-bodied after a certain time limit. I think it’s kinda dumb tbh and the manga is better
