This part looks for me like, "I've to quickly make explanation for her sudden love" and that's how we got Dahye's part-I-liked-her-all-the-time. If author gave to us more moments with Dahye's feelings to MC it could work out, but we got what we got.
That's true
it's so unrealistic and disturbing how Dahye, who dates only with mans, suddenly fall in love and became lesbian in a couple of chapters. If only author showed more...
