They can't have kids cause Winter can't have kids cause of his bloodline. Since Violet is pureblooded and not mixed, it's nearly impossible for her to get pregnant with Winter's child. (In the manwha it said that it's impossible but at the end of the novel they have kids so (づ￣ ³￣)づ ) )The doctor is feeding her medicine to make her have phantom pregnancy.

In my reading.. Its not about being mix... Uhm... They have to be of same tribe in order to get babies.. Not that violet is pureblood anythg is the cause they cant.. But because she is not from his tribe..
they mention that in ch22 that everyone is mixed blood with that tribe, except for the royal family (Pureblood) so that's why they say that she's unable to bear his children. (Its possible but extremely difficult I guess). ┗( T__T )┛

So why exactly can they not have children. Like it seems that winter isn't infertile but I might be wrong. Is the medicine that violet is taking, making it so she can no longer have children or just give her symptoms of pregnancy?
