Imo she knew his "identity" (soul wise I guess?) So she basically blackmailed and rape him. Even the present sex is just a contract I guess for her to keep quiet about him(?) I'm not sure since I can't read JP.
But yeah, I don't count rape as "sex" or sex from being blackmailed as "sex" so I personally don't feel betrayed but feel pity for him
