Yaoi with realistic depiction of the before and during of anal sex? I'm pretty sure most bottoms need to prepare/douch before anal to make sure you don't get accidents while doing the deed. And also you need lube. Most of the newer yaois fortunately have started incorporating lubes in sex scenes, but they have yet to include prepping (simple showering is not prepping!!). Most of them just start going at it even though the bottom has just eaten.
