Guy was super manipulative at the start and kind of objectifying her, like some kind of babymaking machine also to get his dick wet. Also the fact that the girl felt like she had to change for the dude. Dubious consent everywhere and when the dude was talking to his not friend friend about touching hana. Ugh gross.
Im not shitting at the author here btw. The art is amazing, they have a flow to the story and they tried to make the plot romantic and all. Also making a manga is hard work so props to the author. But the whole time i was reading it the dude is triggering me so much. His subtle sexist comments not being seen is proof that its so normalised in some people lives that they cant see it. Hell i was a victim of that too. I never thought it was sexist until i became a teenager and had access to the internet to hear women's stories.

Its completely okay to enjoy this comic! it is after all made for entertainment and not for actual real life example of romance. Just make sure to not relate to this story in real life or put it on a pedestal of what a cute relationship must be.
