Yeah this is getting very serious!
Well, she can't do anything about that. In order to help and of course for her own survival as well, she needs to use her knowledge.
Well she could stop at some point she can give knowledge on maybe crops rotation or something like that she doesn't have to advance to materials you can make and inventions like that then she won't have to feel bad for stealing ideas (which also makes it so in the future they won't get recognition for their inventions) and the future won't change cause it might change for the worse
I just feel like she should be more respectful of time because she's effecting the future and throughout the series hasn't been responsible with that power
