This manga touches& hits the right amount of corners in life. To the brothel workers, to the doctor who saves all lives (scum father, yakuza, rich and the poor), to the yakuza life, to samurais, to farmers, to kids who are abandoned, and kid who wasn't, where they learned that there are parents that care for their kids. It was a joyful ride.
Truly one of the best reads - even the end gives you warmth since we get a proper look at their future and the words too. It has the natural&right amount of humor, drama, and slice of life. I felt a bit of living at their time period. I love the both of them qwq especially the mc's vows.
