So many novel adaptations came out at the same time with the same premise, but this is so far high up above the rest, both in art and story telling (it dragged on for a while on this arc and on some characters I cared nothing for, but these last few chapters have been completely worth it).
Wish I had some other ones to recommend to you, but I would be doing you a disservice since most of them fall short when compared to this one. But I'll see if I can remember any that are at least an okay read.
