Fr also it's the fact that Helena lowkey has no choice in any of this, like we saw before she was a poor girl that realized whenever someone wronged the crown prince (especially if they were of low status) they would get severely hurt, and that power dynamic definitely had to play a part in her relationship with him...like I'm pretty sure she's afraid of rejecting him and that's why she sympathizes with Eris too

Nah Helena should have known that in this situation walking in with the prince would be taboo. Sometimes I do feel sorry for her but not in this instance.
Nah I think she knew I just think she didn't have a choice, it's been hinted throughout the story that Helena basically has no say in her relationship with the prince because he's literally a whole ass prince and could kill/hurt her any time he wants, and she saw him doing exactly that to other palace maids like her and starting feeling afraid of him, I was talking about that power dynamic
Bruh I feel so bad to Eris, but I can't also help feel the same with Helena. Coz she's really the outsider here while getting caught in the middle, being used to boot. The girls both don't give a duck anymore and just wants to pass by. But they keep being made to crash into each other :(
