Really good start but I was so disappointed at the end. In the beginning the seme was such a cute tsundere, looked scary but was actually shy and sweet. The relationship between the two MCs felt rather realistic and had good progression. (▰˘◡˘▰)
Then suddenly at chapter 32/33 there was a sad excuse for a confession and attempted rape. I had really looked forward to the confession from the seme but it was really just toxic, aggressive and manipulative, like the seme was trying to guilt trip him into liking him and having sex with him. A 180 degrees turn from his normal personality. When the uke started crying I really thought the seme would back off but instead he just continued to guilt trip the uke. The uke hadn't even done anything bad to feel guilty about! And yet the uke was shamed into apologising while the seme got off scot free.
I feel like the story went downhill from there. While the seme got less aggressive afterwards it never was the same again (for me). Not only did he not apologise but it also felt like he became more arrogant and smug afterwards. A pity since I liked how cute, sweet and considerate he was in the beginning. Maybe I'm overreacting and other people got over it but it really just pissed me off. Especially since I had such big hopes for this story. ╥﹏╥
