I wouldn't even have as much of a problem with the healing thing if they just made healing all powerful in the beginning but no. The author gave a methodology behind the magic, explained how it worked, and then completely ignored all of that. What was the point of explaining the science behind magic if you're gonna end it by saying "well its magic so we can do whatever" as if you didn't just give rules for how magic works. It can't be described as anything but bad writing.

At least in the novel, he basically built the arm out of magic. He healed the appendicitis by imagining the respective organs as being healthy, and then going off that he "healed" the arm by basically rebuilding it in his mind, imagining all the respective tissues and bones and stuff. So it made more sense, as much as magic ever does.
I'm fine with him being small since his physical age doesn't look like a literal child but he says he is a minor so thats legit pedophilia.
I get what you're saying, but thats logically impossible to do due to the complexity of creating a fully functioning extremity like that. The sheer impossibility can't be compared to a simple appendix which is the size of a pinky. It would make sense if he could do it in a world where magic was just illogical because then you could just say "well its magic it can't be explained" but they took the time to explain the logic behind the magic and then completely ignore it. 1.) He may be 17 yrs old but in the world he's living in, the adult age is 15 so him dating 35 yr olds is probably normal, it's like irl with a 20 yr old dating a 30 yr old.
2.) Secondly, this is a manga with ppl literally having wierd abilities that should not be normal, not just that they have animal characteristics and because of that, him being able to heal an arm that's been gone for more than 5 yrs sounds about correct.
3.) And not just that idk if u saw or just brushed it off but this is a YAOI Manga not a SHOUNEN AI, meaning that there is going to be male intercourse, so u should be expecting some maleXmale, and even if u did know that, u should have seen that it said he was in his 17 yr old body and well because this manga is a yaoi he would most likely be having sex with someone in the story also because this manga is in black and white the sex may happen very early in the story unlike webtoons which happen late into the story, which means he most likely would not be over the age of 20. U should have seen that and should have stopped reading! :)
4.) Lastly, if u didn't like the fact that he could heal body limbs without having anything there, then u should have stopped reading, and save urself the trouble of reading and being dissatisfied with the story.

The age issue was a whole issue for me. Since they were slightly sexually attracted to him before they found out he was 16(THEY THOUGHT HE WAS 10, 10!). I had a whole issue with that.
Your 3rd point is sort of out there. Op didn't say they have an issue with the sex. It's the fact that the main character was repeatedly raped and was so traumatized he thought he needed to service his new masters even though he was so badly hurt is the problem.
Thing is author threw the sex in before the characters were ready for it. None of them were comfortable doing it but they felt they didn't have a choice.
The Manga being in black and white doesn't mean the sex has to happen right away. It could have been something where as they all work together to help the man (in a kids body) heal from his trauma. They could have just jerked off like op said and given him their semen. Then broken the spell, because spoiler they end up doing just that, so the need sex isn't an issue anymore. They can just have sex when they are ready.
Him having a 17 year old body isn't a problem, his mind is 40 years old so his appearance doesn't matter. Them finding him sexually attractive when they thought he was a minor is pretty creepy, because they assumed he was a child. Like had they met him and known he was an adult and then found him attractive it would have been fine. Though at least they didn't do anything to him till after they knew.

This story also has an issue when after they decide to have children that his baby meets his fated mate and his fated mate is like 20 I think. The 40 year old man in the 17 year old body is like. Oh its cool you can totally have my child. I know you will take great care of him. It was some twilight shit.
Me personally I read this because I thought it was an interesting story and I wanted to see where it was going. The art for the Manga is also great. I do think it could have been so much better had it done some things differently.

You forget what “pairs” are. They’re basically like omega verse soulmates. Except for anima/beastmen their attraction for their pair is much stronger than a human’s. So they technically can’t help the fact that they were attracted to him in that way at first. It also didn’t specify that they were attracted to him sexually, but drawn to him and felt the need to protect him

I don't know if people were purposely misconstruting what I was saying or if the people on mangago just have no reading comprehension skills but thank god there are people who can think critically on this site. I'm only mad because I genuinely enjoyed the plot, art, and potential the characters had before the writer ruined it all :( it could have been so cool without the pedophilia and messed up magic system. The world building is fucking impeccable (those maps??? Amazing) and the magic system they initially set up was also sick af. Tbh I would have gripes about the manga even if it wasn't weird pedo bait because of how much thought and care obviously went into creating this world and how all that hard work was shat all over :/
He’s in another world now though. It doesn’t count as pedophilia at all in the world they live in now because the age of being an adult is 15. He most likely will never go back to the human world, thus whatever laws they had in the human world won’t be carried out here.
Think about how we count a dog’s age differently, it’s similar to how they count ages differently in their world.

Countries in real life have many different legal ages. Where you were born and raised can affect how you think what legal age is right. In other Asian countries they believe 16 is the legal age and think there’s nothing wrong with it because that’s how they were taught and grew up by.

This series had so much potential oh my goooood. When the age gap appeared i was like hmm 17 and 30 something is literally pedophilia but I brushed it off because of the "legality" plot armor and the fact that mc is mentally over 40. (Ik that doesn't make it okay though since his physical body is that of a minor) But whatever. I brushed it off. Then we get to his healing abilities due to the fact that he was a doctor. Great, genius, 10/10 choice for the author to make. Combining magic and modern medicine makes perfect sense. The magic does the healing and the knowledge figures out what to heal. What DOESN'T make any fucking sense is him healing his partners SEVERED ARM?!?!?!? There's nothing to heal?!?!?!? That logically doesn't make sense.
He's able to heal the appendicitis because he knows how to perform a procedure to fix that using modern medicine. Okay that makes perfect sense. But modern medicine can't fix a severed arm??? And neither can magic obviously. The arm is gone. The blood vessels and muscles and tissue would be impossible to reconnect and even if you could, the body would reject it since its impossible to get the DNA and muscle memory to line up completely using something as flimsy as past medical knowledge. Science has not progressed that far yet. This is just a shitty cop out by the author in order to not have to have a disable character and its obvious. We could have had some good disabled rep and yet here we are.
And don't even get me started on that last fucking chapter I'm sick. You're telling me this man (with the body of a child) has been raped daily since coming to this world, has faced the trauma of enduring that to the point where he flinches as slight touches and performs sex to "service" people out of a sense of fear and obligation rather than because he's consenting. So the author wrote all that, and then included a situation where they would have to fuck regardless of consent or comfort?? Its obvious none of them are mentally prepared for it. That poor kid is traumatized. Victims of rape can often be hypersexual, thats not my concern. My concern is that his "pairs" fuck him when they recognize he's not in his right mind and can't properly consent. They know he might not 100% want to do it. Heck they even say THEY don't 100% want to do it. If they really cared for him they would have done the logical thing and went to another room to jerk off and then implant the semen, since thats whats making him act like that. What the fuck is up with the author here?!?!? How do you fuck up this bad in making a story about SA victims and amputees. If you don't know anything about victims of sexual assault, don't fucking write about them.
All in all I really loved this story. Riiiiight up until the 3rd chapter where the author decides to fuck up the continuity of the story and spit all over the terrific world building and characterization they had set up in the beginning that made it so good.
