Any of y'all read this manga. Its kind of enemies to lovers I believe. Both girl and guy r from high status family that I believe set them up. They don't rly know how to be nice but occasionally they have their dere dere moments. There was a time I think when the guy/girl got sick from standing in the rain cuz they set up a date but the other didn't show up on time/at all and so the person who didn't show up took care of them kind of secretly when they found out.
