I know some Filipino comic artist who post their own comics. But... it's not an app, more like they didn't turn it into an app, just a website where you can put it in your homes screen (dunno if it's still preferred as a website) that's all I know;

Like meron siyang 100 stories na nakakatakot na stort tas yung kalahati dun is kailangan mo pang manuod ng ads para lang maopen. Idk Ive been trying to find that app in the playstore but I cant find it. I lowkey want to listen to it again. I think nauso siya nung 2p16 basta yung title nung app sounded like 100 nakakatakot na storya basta tagalog yung title.
