Tbh ik im setting the bar low but highschool boys being supportive of their friends gay relationship is a miracle in itself, and in such a homogeneous country as Japan too.
Id say their depiction is realistic if nothing else. Some boys can be incredibly cruel and thoughtless in their adolescence.
um i dont get why everyone likes the friends when they're homophobic, at the end they literally said they think its kinda gross to be gay just that they wont say it out loud
