i mean i can't really speak for others lol but the main reason why i'm feeling a little unsure is i'm not sure whether or not si-eon actually has feelings for the mc. just giving gifts isn't really an indicator.
i mean this most recent upload makes me feel a bit better lol bc of the hand holding but in general, it feels like the mc is just a foster pet that si-eon has adopted for fun and spoiling w gifts, but all w the expectation that he's going to have to give him away at some point (wow i feel like that was a good metaphor lol). i mean he literally said the whole reason why he started this relationship wasn't bc he was in love or anything but bc the mc wasn't used to receiving so he thought it'd be fun or whatever (not exact so correct me if i'm wrong).
it's pretty clear that the mc is catching feelings so just a verbal confirmation from si-eon that he also is catching feelings would make feel a lot better, idk.
it's just kinda primed rn for a storyline where si-eon ends their relationship bc he's not that attached and the mc is heartbroken which i would hate bc i love him <3.

yes same!! i mean during that convo w his friend at the coffee shop or whatever (i forgot where) his friend was talking abt past relationships that took advantage of him so maybe he has some past trauma or something that isn't really letting him get emotionally invested in a relationship? like he expects everyone to eventually take advantage of his kindness so he decided to not get too attached and just enjoy the relationship on the surface?

i'm 100% behind non-toxic relationships lol so i still feel over all positive about si-eon, the main reason why i feel unsure is bc i don't want our mc to get hurt later on.

bs. the gifts arent the only thing hes recieving. hes recieving someone that cares about him and is willing to help whatever situations hes in because he really wants to care for someone. si-eon stated hes never really have a real relationship so he doesnt know how to recieve anything from people. he wanted the relationship because he just wanted to make lee happy. it isnt about recieving gifts or anything he just feels happy by making others happy. hes given no reason or action for people to assume that hes gonna break his heart, you cant just assume that hes the heartbreaking type because hes a giving person. but even so, ill quote what he said, “of course i dont want to hurt you. i can even if i can give what you want, but youll have to want it for yourself. you said that money would make you happy, and i think thatd make me happy as well”.

si-eon has been very kind and caring towards the mc, i never denied that. what i'm saying is not that he's the type to break his heart intentionally, but unintentionally. and we HAVE seen some things that might make people feel this way. for example, how the mc has recently been initiating all sexual encounters or that really awkward scene where the mc surprise hugged or kissed or whatever (i'm too lazy to search it up... i know someone will know what i'm talking abt) si-eon when he was abt to leave and he looked really surprised and then the upload just ended.... like what? it was just very awkward and we never saw the sentiment reciprocated. also in general how he's always feeling the same emotionally. he never feels embarrassed or aroused or anything, which just kinda suggests he's not super invested. that might just be his personality i guess, but never changing at all? i'm pretty sure anyone would agree that that would cause them to doubt a bit. except you maybe? who knows?
