It’s still ongoing, so I can’t say for sure yet. Uke is a masochist and very attracted to seme (a sadist), but I would say he has little expectations of a loving relationship. I don’t want to spoil too much, but seme has a backstory that’s still being revealed and he’s recently having some changes in the way he’s acting so there is actually some hope for character development ╮(￣▽￣)╭
