Gio's parents are not bad people. It was the grandma who abandoned Gio because of his condition and since the gradma seems to have a lot of power and money, she could've easily made it look like Giovanni died or something. I feel bad for the parents. Imagine not being able to be with your child because of your mother/ mother-in-law's selfishness. They truly love Giovanni and still mourn for him after 28 years of not being together. Of course they wouldn't look for Gio as they initially thought he had died and they still had to stay strong and take care of their newborn.
So how did Leerang know of Gio? Cause from the start that boy always knew or Atleast suspected that Gio was his brother. I pray that grandmother croaks and dies. Evil bitch. How dare you abandon a child cause of his physical constitution? Did he ask to be born that way?

Leegang knew about Gio from stories and pictures of him in his parent's house. The parents even keep a picture of him holding his teddy bear. The teddy bear was something that Giovanni treasured deeply until he decided to throw it out at the age of 10 when he also lost his hope of getting back to his original family.
Omg this makes me sad yet happy that now they can be together!
I believe the mother still loves Gio cuz he still have his pic when he was still a kid after all (=・ω・=)

The parent might be good but abandoning their own flesh and blood for whatever reason is wrong. How good the word you put it to me it’s still wrong. If they not with Gio at the lowest state they not deserve with Gio now. When other family can nurture Gio and have good environment to grow up with love of his adoptive parents, while his real family treat him as product defect this is just so wrong
There's a slight mistake in your statement. (Spoiler) It was solely the grandma who left Giovanni at that orphanage, the parents had nothing to do with Giovanni getting abandoned. The parents were fooled and had their child stolen from them. They loved Giovanni for who he was and that can be seen from his pre-orphanage childhood photos that they love him even with his inability to feel heat. They had no intention of abandoning him at all. So the parents really did not disown their own blood and flesh, they were simply victims of the grandma's schemes. Though the full story behind what happened during the time Giovanni "died/disappeared" are still not clear, it's safe to say that the parents are innocent.

I got what you meant, all was the grandma doing but as parent they don’t do anything about it. We all have choice be it do something or do nothing that’s one choice. So whatever reason is never good enough, be it the grandma do it or they do it. The fate turn out to be good for Gio that he find loving family otherwise I can’t imagine what would happen. Sorry I did not want to take this personals but never Ok for parents abandoning their child, Gio parent could have done something about it. Maybe because my personal experience that my dad abandoned me when I was baby, I have hard time in school when there’s parent teacher meeting, I can’t take academic report myself and all things I have gone through life. Now 20 years later the parent that I never have come back with mountain of reason which no longer valid for me. So to me what3ver reason they have is never good enough being the parent or the grandma because they could have do so about it.

All I’m asking is start from which chapter that I can read the scenario where you said that the mother thought Gio died when the grandma send him to orphanage... because I really still could not understand the flow and what you explain about the mother thought Gio died and that is cliche to me. So I might missing story that you all read and I did not. Im not against any parent to give the child away, I’m grateful that my parent left me otherwise I will not be where I’m today. I read Black Clover Asta mother put him in church because the mother could harm him, the GOH the grandpa leave Mori alone because he doesn’t want to put him in danger as many people after him. I also read the raws and from how it appeared. The grandmother was the one who took gio to the orphanage. The fact that his mother still has a picture of gio by her bedside shows that she loves him so I highly doubt she knowingly took him to an orphanage. And grandma in the raws seemed desperate to make sure gio does not meet with anybody relating to the family
So from what I can tell something definitely happened between Noah and Leo. There’s tension. Also giovannis family really did not try. Imagine abandoning your own child and grandchild cause he can’t feel warmth.
Then that man in their department is annoying piece of unrecycled trash. But on a plus note my boys Gio and Felix are still as strong and as cute as ever as a couple. Thank God Felixs mum came around
