well firstly, taehwan asked his mom if he can drink some sparkling water in the fridge and his mom said sure. the mom then said that he doesn’t need to ask for permission since this is his house too; she thinks it’s sad that he’s acting like a guest in his own house. taehwan apologized and said that he won’t do that again.
as he walked away back to his room, he said that he couldn’t help it, taehee grew up in this house whereas he didn’t (since he went to school overseas and visited home every now and then). his room is basically just a storage room and he didn’t made much memories at the house.
he went over to taehee’s room and asked why he woke up so early today. taehee said that he did a video call with dojin earlier. taehwan’s inner dialogue boxes; saying how taehee’s room was full of life. when he was little, he enjoyed the warmth of taehee’s room, so he would always sleep in his room. he said that whenever he’s next to taehee, he feels at home.

Thank you! I know many hate Taewhan right now but I feel so bad for him. He's never got help for want he went through and grew up feeling alone a lot. I think years ago he was starting to feel like he could rely on Yeonwu until the kiss incident. I'm glad he's starting realize just how lonely his life is.

I wanted to ask about that part when he started thinking about Yeonwoo, what prompted him to call him?
And was he remembering all of what happened for any specific point of view? Was he regretting his actions or getting worried that Yeonwoo might be getting close to Alex at that point?

taehwan’s inner dialogue about yeonwu: so taehwan still has this unpleasant feeling from before.
taehwan: the bruises on his neck should be gone by now. at first glance, it seem quite big. …come to think of it, what were you going to do on vacation, yeonwu? does he know that i’m here (in Cali)? …have we ever talked about anything like this? how many days have i not seen his face? (taehwan’s actually thinking about yeonwu, maybe even missing him? lol)
and then taehwan remembered what yeonwu said, “there’s nothing between us” (aka there’s nothing more than them just being friends with benefits).
and then, before he called yeonwu, taehwan said that he thought that he was just annoyed. that maybe he was angry because the guy that used to be a good listener, suddenly started to behave strangely. he realized that he was actually jealous and now he’s feeling anxious.
