That because isaac originally was a beta so in his previous records he was registered as a beta however his developed as an omega the same day of the attack when he has the mission to destroy felix , as for why felix can't remember that isaac was the Omega from that night is because of memory problem s i didn't really understand that part well anyways he s blind since he can't see the resemblance between him and benjamin
