I judged the manga too fast.
I am not disgusted by girls, i am disgusted by how Shouta was pretending to be a woman because Hiroto was into girls and not into guys and just ending up raping Hiroto and ending up blackmailing him with the pictures, towards the end Shouta is crying about why Hiroto can't see him as a guy, while presenting himself as a girl, and in the end they are ending up being in a relationship and Shouta is having short hair and going as a man.
This is what was disgusting me, the rape that turned into a love relationship.
