Well not really stoic and serious. I could recommend "Under the Green Light" and "Good teacher"
Only two of these is are manga rip
Mimori's Naughty Mouth (manga - fairly serious bottom with an oral fixation with a dentist top who is very caring and expressive)
Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki (manga - bottom is born into the yakuza, top is a preschool teacher)
Unromantic (omegaverse, bottom is high up in a company, top is a student or journalist?? (can't recall))
Banana Scandal season 1 (sort of fits - the top is quite soft, and I can't help but recommend)
The Keystone Romantic Combination (no smut, baseball players)
I don't think there's anything problematic in the couples, though the two manga for sure have problematic elements (esp Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki, where the bottom has to repay a debt with his body to another gangster).
bl (preferably manga but i'm fine with whatever) where the bottom is stoic and serious and the top is really expressive and soft (nothing problematic i'm begging)
