Incest apparently it's a very normal thing in this story, I think the mom had to have sex with her own child for this to happen, cuz that way he is both sibling and father? I am a bit confused as well but then again this story has so much family issues left and right and so many as well that it's kinda hard to keep up especially with time between updates (which I appreciate because the uploaders are doing a wonderful job I just have a shitty memory )
lol no, he isn't his biological son. He adopted his brother as his son... though I don't know why because typically hereditary issues go to the siblings directly when there is no offspring. But oh well.
