Yes. He's started to remember slowly without letting Tia know. He accidentally reveals it later after... some things happen. I'll spoil that for you too if you want. But yeah, he remembers at this point. And yes, he's clarifying that he was also in love with Tia in their previous life - he never loved Lysia, he was only going to marry her to protect her because she's like a sister to him. Tia is the only woman he's ever been interested in, but he never had a chance with her in their previous life.

Well we already know they met, we saw the flashback of them dancing when Cedric asked her to protect Lysia. And we've seen her flashbacks of him where she was "admiring" him, and acknowledging what a good man he was. And then, Cadriol straight up called her out for having always been in love with Cedric, even in their first life. So we know Tia always had feelings for him she tried to bury, but soon we'll find out that Cedric also had feelings for her that he never acted on, as Lawrence was her brother, and she was always scheming for him and basically was always pitted against Cedric - he never really had a chance the first life.
Now I just feel blessed knowing this. Ackkk
