Help find this bl plz!!

I’ve been looking for this bl that I just can’t find. It’s about this sensei? I think who broke his arm or foot and a neighbor came every day to help him eat and stuff. I’m pretty sure the injured guy wore traditional clothes and then at the end of the manga when he was healed, he like tripped or something and got hurt again?!? Hopefully someone knows what I’m talking about (￣∇￣")
