No he didn't hide it. Actually all of this is all a misunderstanding. The night when he and louis did the "Deed" maetel thought that louis was just tipsy and not drunk. He even expected louis to contact him on those three months and there he goes being a sadboi when louis didn't contact him (lmao). And on the other hand Louis was unaware of who's he's sharing the "Deed" that night and never suspected maetel. Idk men. Their relationship are so difficult
