There's this manga that's stuck in my mind cuz i have read it on another site. I now forgot the title.

The uke and seme fought and the seme lost his memories. Uke who is blaming himself, says not to show up in seme's life anymore because of smth. Then one day, before he starts to forget about seme, the uke went to the bakery where the seme works as a patissier and makes cakes that the uke loves. Then the seme fell in love with the uke thinking that he is a beautiful person and wants to be with him, he knows he lost his memories and yes he can't remember the uke. Seme wanted to get close with uke but uke does not want to and makes a wall between them. Then one day when seme was at uke's house, he saw a ring that matches to what he found and some matching things at the uke's house. He was sad about what he saw then ran away after uke said that uke still loves that someone(which is him but as I said he lost his memories). He kept thinking and thinking about it until he remembers his lost memories with uke and goes back to uke and wants to rebuilt their relationship. The uke apologized for being selfish and says "Even when you forgot your memories, you loved me for the second time".
