Best art is in manga cuz mangas they literally draw it on sheet of paper and it looks so amazing like shoko hidaka , Yamada yugi and many more I love black and white art more especially mangas but manhwas are some exceptional .

hm for your second request i'd recommend old-fashioned cupcake. the romance is there but the plot takes precedence over smut (which only appears on the side chapters) and is about a 40 yr old man learning to enjoy the little things in life again. also the art is beautiful and the dialogue is profound
