its like you wish you had the appearance or self expression of a person or opposite gender
It's usually when a trans person is jealous of someone who is expressing their ideal gender. It is called gender envy because they get jealous of an individual for having the gender expression the trans individual would consider ideal. I'm sure someone else has explained it better lol
yes, but not only trans people feel gender envy. I'm gender fluid and I know many other gender fluid people who feel gender envy and gender euphoria. but actually that was a really good explanation basically summed it up good
cis-gendered people cant feel gender envy
Anyone not cis can experience gender euphoria and envy is what I meant but I'm glad I was able to sum it up well lol
