-Sasayan and Natsume are together by the time of the wedding (apparently the relationship was initiated by Natsume too!)
-Iyo and Yuzan have parted ways, they aren’t together in the future and he’s running for office like his father it seems
-Obviously Shizuoka and Haru are together
-Ooshima is no longer with her boyfriend at the time of the wedding because she’s not wearing her watch anymore, so while her and Takuya technically aren’t a thing yet, it seems like that’s where it’s headed

I know that he goes to medical school. They don’t mention him being in a relationship at all though Iyo wants him to find someone to be happy with. Seems like he has some lingering affection for Shizuku and wishes for her to be happy with Haru as her happiness brings him joy :)
Can someone tell me who ends up with who at the end?
Also does the glasses girl end up breaking up with her boyfriend or nah?
