People keep saying he loves her, but he quite clearly tried to kill her. First through suppressing her mana and quite possibly weakening her which did lead to her death and subsequent transmigrstion, then at the baptism, and God knows what he'd done if hades wasn't present afterwards.

in abella's life? it's too early to tell. but it did seem like that romance wasn't all roses and kittens either. if it was indeed her & mikhail in the past, he might've played and betrayed her since he still wants her reincarnation dead. I'd prefer it to have been hades tho, triangles are either irritating or depressing imo
