I agree, but I think due to the lack of given chapters she wasn't able to implement it into the manga. Hence the short pages where Yoru is taking care of him and where he mentions he's not able to sleep without him >> most likely the triggers.
Harada does have an extra with the rape that has happened in "Aru Otoko no Higeki"
I wish they took the very violent rape more seriously or something because that was huge. It would have had a more Harada feel if they showed the aftercare basically. Harada could draw some really dramatic, traumatic, and intense panels with the situation that happened to Asa, afterwards. Nightmares, asa being triggered, breaking down, Yoru taking care of him, etc. It honestly would of made the story more emotional seeing that progression. Either way that sex scene was very emotional because of how loving Asa was and not a dick like he was.
