Off the top of my head, I can name some classic ones, but not all of them are necessarily popular:

-Banana fish (was surely popular but for the next few ones, idk)
-All of Sugiura Shiho's works, e.g. Koori ni Mamono no Monogatari; Silver Diamond
-Komatta ni wa Toki Hoshi ni Kike!
-Demian Syndrome (I think this was on indefinite hiatus i forgot)
-Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru
-Minekura Kazuya's Wild Adapter
and Brother (Minekura is popular for saiyuki series, but the two aforementioned series are her shonen ai stuff)
