You don't have to wear it. It's their problem that the keep sexualising your chest, while it's not even a sex organ

Well it's realy important cause it gives you balance. You can't run/jump without a bra or else they'll sag

I don't wear it coz it's uncomfortable as hell and also itchy sometimes.
I much prefer not wearing one whether at home or outside.
It's their own problem if they get distracted when you don't wear a bra.

I'm a guy and I don't wear bras but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to feel comfortable more than without a bra. Some women/men have sensitive nipples or Sad Nipple Syndrome so every time their nipples brush against something they feel a rush of guilt. If the bras you are wearing feel uncomfortable, you're just wearing the wrong size or the wrong type for your body. There's many varieties, maybe check them out? I'm only trying to help by the way, please don't come at me for being a guy

Idk who gave u that info on how bra's are comfortable but That depends.
For me, It's still uncomfortable no matter how i wear it, what the product is, the size, etc.
I'd rather not wear any at all if possible :T
