I feel like reading a manga about like a stoic rich man, or yakuza...or regular office worker *who's the cool collected or cold type* ...who gets sick/hurt/frozen in the snow/starves ect and gets helped by a normal guy/girl and then falls head over tea kettle and gets all smitten and sickening and adorable and stuff. Very much like Kokoro by Kanda Neko... bonus points if the other person has no idea for a while.
